  • One and a half cup almond flour.
  • Two tablespoon coconut flour.
  • One-fourth cup ground flax seeds.
  • One-fourth tablespoon salt.
  • One and a half teaspoon baking soda.
  • Five eggs.
  • One-fourth cup coconut oil.
  • One tablespoon apple cider vinegar.


  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350° F and grease a loaf pan. 
  • Place almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, salt, and baking soda in a food processor.
  • Pulse the ingredients together.
  • Add and pulse in eggs, oil, and vinegar.
  • Pour batter into a loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Cool and eat.
